Our Client is the Investment Banking arm of a Global Financial Services Group. They are looking for an Associate Director/Director to work within HR Compensation Analytics.



The Human Resources function aims to ensure that our client continues to attract, retain and develop the best people in our industry. In order to achieve this goal the department is structured into two components: Centres of Excellence, which are staffed with professionals who have expertise in their particular area (i.e. Development, Compensation and Employee Relations) and Client Relationship Teams (CRTs) who are focused on service provision to specific business units.





Main responsibilities of the role are:-



* Modelling and implementation of compensation frameworks, bonus pools, and LTIPs.
* Various (regular, ad-hoc) analyses on various aspects of compensation (historic, forward looking) including liaison with market intelligence providers where required.
* Preparation for Senior Management meetings - involves close liaison with HR CRTs, HR MIS, Financial and Product Control, and Strategy and Planning.
* Weekly reporting responsibilities
* Planning and organisation of processes across HR, often leading them
* Substantial involvement in working groups around system development including both tactical and strategic decisions





Skill set required for the individual:-



Highly numerate

Strong modelling skills

Strong teamwork (across function and outside firm)

Good networking skills

Maturity of outlook

Appropriate level of gravitas (able to face off to business leaders, their COOs and senior management)
