Ideally, candidates must be qualified HR professionals with relevant senior European and UK Organisational Development experience, gained within a business-to business, blue chip, matrix styled, highly commercial, organisation.
Candidates will have experience of developing and deploying an Organisational Development strategy, over an EMEA region, whilst demonstrating an operational, hands-on approach
