Our vision is to create confident communities by 2020. To achieve this it is essential we embed diversity and inclusion in everything we do.

You will be responsible for delivery against WDH’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and accompanying action plans. You will provide expert advice and support on diversity issues and manage operational and steering groups.
Alongside the Employee Engagement Manager, you will enhance WDH employees’ knowledge, skills, behaviours and practice on diversity.

Interview date: w/c 5 January 2009.
