Divisional HR Manager - Worthing, West Sussex up to £38,000 perm

This Trust employs some 3300 staff across two sites and recognises the importance of the workforce to the successful delivery of cost effective and patient focused care. Due to a restructure, this client has created a new role for a Divisional HR Manager to support a professional client group with a headcount of 1000 to join the HR team in Worthing, West Sussex.

Reporting to the Deputy HR Director, your role is to develop and lead on professional, customer-focused HR advice and coaching to senior leaders. You will work closely as an integral member of the team to ensure that the workforce supports business success, both now and in the future.

Their are 4 Divisional HR Manager, supported by 3 HR officers

Ideally you will be fully CIPD Qualified with evidence of ongoing continuous professional development and be working currently in a large, complex service organisation with significant operational HR experience.
