Managing the Business Agenda (20%)
Deliver HR Services aligned with business priorities
Help diagnose business issues and develop HR interventions and solutions that deliver against the key business priorities and which drive a high performance culture
Take a proactive role in the diagnosis and implementation of major change within business areas
Governance and Risk Management (10%)
*Take accountability for partnering with business leaders in maintaining and monitoring the Group Standard for People risk within the business area, identifying potential breaches in standards and initiating action to address these
*Take accountability for HR compliance within the business area for all FSA regulatory requirements in partnership with Group Compliance and Business Leaders e.g. N2 and NM&GI
*Accountable for all HR operational compliance and reporting
Recruitment (10%)
*Recruit 'A' players. Know markets for talent
Reward/Compensation and Benefits (15%)
*Ensure Payround is delivered
*Ensure aggregate comp spend is appropriate and limited to performance
*Ensure compensation is differentiated
*Ensure diversity objectives are met
*Educate line managers
Employee Relations/OD and Change (10%)
*Implement OD. Advise on OD
*Ensure policies on employee relations are followed
*Negotiate with Unite when required
Exit of employees in an effective manner

Leadership, Learning and Development (10%)
*Ensure appropriate learning and development solutions
*Identify training needs and plan for delivery
