E-Learning Assistant

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone looking to develop their e-learning skills and career. Based in Luton you will be joining a busy e-learning team responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a wide range of e-learning interventions.

You will be working as the first point of contact for users across the business regarding any e-learning enquiry. This will include:
- Questioning end users to understand requirements and create a workable specification.
- Liaising with IT teams to ensure a successful design and development process.
- Advising the business on the most effective way of implementing the solutions created.

You will need strong communication skills (written and verbal) and be confident and capable of questioning senior managers.

In addition our client will be looking for proven experience of working in an e-learning environment.

Salary £22k + benefits.
