Macildowie Associates are recruiting for a Learning and Development Specialist to join the largest retailer of their kind in Europe, a name that is well respected within Retail and is a major employer in the Nottingham area! The role will specialise in E-Learning. This role is responsible for the design and development of e-learning content and blended solutions where some form of e-learning is being used with other learning resources e.g. workshops. This content could be delivered in a variety of ways including on-line e-learning modules, on-line assessments and pod-casts. E-learning content will be developed internally or externally with this role responsible for managing both forms of production.
Responsibilities:
· Project managing the design, development and delivery of e-learning content through internal or external
· Channels including production of internal e-learning content
· Project managing the design and delivery of blended learning solutions
· Maintenance of all e-learning content including managing the regular reviews of all existing material
· Creation and management of e-learning standards including navigation, media usage and usability
· Management of e-learning production processes and procedures including instructional design, templates and tendering
· Supplier management of all e-learning content providers
· Liaising and coaching all areas of the business to use an internal collaborative content development tool
Ideally you will have knowledge and experience of delivering a range of development techniques and tools and understand how these activities fit with business performance. Ideally you will also be able to contribute to significant change through delivering development solutions.
