E-Learning Developer

Role: Elearning Developer
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 plus excellent blue chip benefits and staff discount

Working in a newly created team in Stores Training this role is responsible for the design and development of elearning content and blended solutions where some form of elearning is being used with other learning resources.

The Role

• Project managing the design, development and delivery of elearning content through internal or external channels including production of internal elearning content
• Project managing the design and delivery of blended learning solutions
• Maintenance of all elearning content including managing the regular reviews of all existing material
• Creation and management of elearning standards including navigation, media usage and usability
• Management of elearning production processes and procedures including instructional design, templates and tendering.
• Management of elearning production processes and procedures including instructional design, templates and tendering.
• Supplier management of all elearning content providers
• Liaising and coaching all areas of the business to use an internal collaborative content development tool

The Person

• Knowledge and understanding of learning design including validation and evaluation techniques
• Knowledge and understanding of learning technology
• Knowledge of instructional, visual and graphic design for the production of elearning content
• Experience of project managing elearning content development
• Budgetary Management
• Experience of designing, developing and delivering blended learning solutions
• Experience of creating elearning content
• Experience of working with external suppliers to tight deadlines
• Ability to demonstrate a creative flair
• Experience of working in a stores environment
