A leading financial services organisation is recruiting an E-Learning Manager to join their team in Northampton, paying up to £40,000.
The role has been designed to deliver the Global E Learning Strategy that will transform how colleagues access training and receive training. The key responsibilities will include the following; design and deliver an E Learning Strategy, manage the system for the business, ensure that E Learning fully supports the business training agenda, utilise E Learning in order to provide solutions to the delivery of general skills training, leadership development and functional skills, deliver MI in order to provide assurances to the business, ensure E Learning can be rolled out globally, work effectively with Learning Managers and to keep up to date with all E Learning progresses.
Candidates must have a proven track record within E Learning and have excellent communication skills. You will be a strong communicator both verbally and written, well organised and have the ability to work under pressure. You will be commercial and be qualified to CIPD level or equivalent.
