The Company

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the UKs largest and most popular business of its kind. This role is to provide an expert e-Recruitment services to transform the way the business attract their candidates.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment you will be responsible for the recruitment website, including the design and content, you will work closely with the marketing division to ensure external marketing fosters the corporate identify and the recruitment brand. You will take responsibility of attracting the right candidates to the business together with providing expert knowledge to the Resourcing team, advising them on the best online recruitment tools for hard to fill vacancies.

The Person

Of graduate calibre with proven experience of managing on-line recruitment together with possessing significant resourcing specialist knowledge. You will understand how and where to attract the right candidates, together with possessing strong negotiation skills to ensure competitive rates are being agreed with online job boards.

This is a brand new role, within a leading organisation and will give you highly desirable and exciting project responsibility.
