With your key focus being the development and roll out of the Emiratisation strategy you will need to be credible with influential stakeholders from the sector and organization from the director General to Divisional Heads and the Vice President of Human Capital. You will be responsible for meeting your budget and timeframe targets. In addition you will be responsible for and have the opportunity to utilise your experience in career planning ensuring the continued development of UAE Nationals facilitating critical conversation with mentors and subject matter experts.

The successful candidate
Recognizes the objectives of the team and actively contributes toward the achievement of these.
Demonstrates a depth of knowledge and understanding of UAE National recruitment and development issues, approaches and best practices.
Understands the external business environment, market trends and intelligence for UAE National Development.
Speaks fluent if not strong in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
