My client - a leading UK bank - are looking for an HR or L&D professional to join their Employee Engagement team. This role will be on a temp to perm basis and will be to start as soon as possible.
The role sits within the strategic Group HR function and looks at employee engagement across the business as a whole. The right candidate will have an analytical nature and be comfortable manipulating data in spreadsheets and extracting information from surveys using SDSS. The key responsibilities are as follows -
" Working with staff survey providers to ensure surveys are designed to achieve maximum impact and the most accurate results
" Be the first point of call for any employee engagement queries from HR or the business.
" Roll out surveys across the business, communicating the details to the target community
" Share knowledge and best practice across the group
" Design and manage employee engagement databases
" Analyse data and communicate findings to HR
There is a real possibility that this role will lead to a permanent position, so an ideal candidate will have a passion for employee engagement and ideally an interest in Occupational Psychology.
