Our client, a leading financial services company is currently recruiting for an Employee Engagement Manager for a temporary contract with a strong potential of becoming permanent.
Our client is looking for an individual to go in and manage and support the delivery of the employee engagement strategy.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
*Providing advice and support on all employee engagement matters
*Producing guidance and support materials
*Providing coaching and training
*Designing and managing employee engagement databases
*Working with preferred suppliers during development and implementation
*Analysing and reporting employee engagement data
*Tracking and monitoring progress of the key deliverables
The selected candidate will have specific experience working on rolling out employee engagement surveys and be self sufficient managing this process.
You will ideally have experience working within the financial sector.
