Employee & Management Development Manager

Our client is looking to recruit an Employee and Management Development Manager to provide a demonstrable improvement to the client's organisation through the development of their people and support in developing the commercial business.

This role is to improve the quality of skill, knowledge and ability of the employees and this will be evaluated by Central and local government assessment frameworks i.e. CPA feedback or equivalent. You will be required to managing resources, budget, facilities and people within the organisation based in Milton Keynes.

You will have proven skills in designing, leading, project managing and delivering systems, processes and products that compliment, inform or drive other HR initiatives.

This role will also support the client's staff to grow and develop within the contract and potentially to support the organisation Business services initiatives.
There may be an element of working with external agencies to commission, develop and work on shared initiatives or help potential or current contracts.

You will need to demonstrable your knowledge of HR, Leadership and Management Development and functional knowledge of project management techniques and report writing for Board level approval. Ideally you will have experience with on the public sector and able to communicate at all levels.
