Employee Relations Advisor - £20-25k + bens

My client is a growing business within the service sector. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HR professional to demonstrate their experience and knowledge in Employee Relations, whilst being supported in further development in Employment Legislation. You will be an integral part of an established team that issues advice on various HR issues within a fast paced environment where no two days are ever the same!

Employee Relations issues shall include advice on discipline and grievance, dismissal, TUPE, redundancy, sickness and absence management, contracts, terms and conditions etc.

Qualifications, skills, experience and approach:

Qualifications-one of the following is a minimum requirement: -
*HR or Law degree
*Business or similar degree with employment law as part
*Membership of CIPD with experience in advising on employment law issues.
*A practical and commercial approach to employment law in action in the workplace
*Experience across sectors would be advantageous
