Long Term/short term Sickness
Redundancy
Maternity/Paternity
Grievance/Disciplinary
Some recruitment and selection
Advise managers on HR issues including employment law
The candidate must have NHS experience and be used to an extremely fast paced environment. You will be expected to take control of the situation and will have experience taking the lead in all Employee Relations situations. It is estimated that the majority of your time will be spent on Employee Relations issues; perhaps some recruitment and policy writing, estimated 70% ER and 30% Generalist
