Currently seeking an ER Specialist to provide an expert advisory service to line managers on complex ER issues in order to deliver solutions that work best for the business.

The Role

Providing an efficient support service on complex ER issues, you will be responsible for:

Providing advice and guidance to line managers in the resolution of complex ER issues

Developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with managers and HR managers within the business

Guide and train line managers in the use of tools and techniques to enable them to make appropriate judgments and take appropriate action

Facilitate the implementation of key business initiatives e.g. TUPE, Non-attendance etc

Lead or contribute to ER and cross-functional programmes or projects ensuring that HR requirements are met

The Person

You will ideally be CIPD qualified, with in-depth generalist HR experience a large proportion of which will have been spent dealing with ER Issues of some complexity. You will also need significant knowledge of client relationship development and experience of coaching and advising line managers, understanding and interpreting information and data. Possessing excellent people management, communication and influencing skills you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to adapt your approach to suit varying types of projects.
