Our client, one of the world’s leading investment banks, is looking for a HR professional to join their EMEA team.


Responsibilities will include:

· Business Relationship Management for several business groups and specific countries throughout the EMEA region· Providing proactive HR consultancy to business heads to be seen as the key HR contact for that business including facilitation of HR solution via EMEA HR specialist functions· Providing support to and ensuring that risks are managed by the EMEA businesses for employee relations issues including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances· Completing exit interview process for aligned businesses for Director level employees · Keeping EMEA and Global ER teams abreast of legislation changes including maintenance of EMEA legal advise on Sharepoint for aligned countries· Owning EMEA policy & ensure it meets local legislation in each jurisdiction· Providing monthly reporting· Be the EMEA ER lead for New Country Set Ups· Ensuring processes are in place to ensure efficiency and risk management of procedure· Obtaining and interpreting legal advice as required· Establishing employment structure, contracts, policies and processes for new country
The successful candidate will be degree qualified and have experience in a fast-paced HR environment preferably from an investment banking background and with strong ER experience. Knowledge in local legislation and practice across the EMEA region is a pre-requisite.
