An employee relations manager is required for a 7 month fixed term contract to manage a small team of advisors who will be dealing with complex case management. You will be managing the investigation of harassment, bullying cases and grievances. you will also be resolving complaints and disputes whilst maintaining good employee relations and complying with employment legislation. In addition you will have accountability for:
People management, coaching and training of advisors.
Audit case management.
Encourage early resolutions of issues.
Review completed investigations.
Put in place measures to prevent issues arising moving forward.
The successful candidate will have experience and be able to demonstrate a background in dealing with complex case management and be able to show good people management skills. Substantial employee relations experience is essential as is the ability to communicate effectively with line managers and influence senior managers. Coaching advisors through complex cases is essential so the ability to manage this is important.
