Our client, a large Public Sector organisation is looking for 2 Employee Relation's Officer's to work respectively at their sites in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. The role's have come about due to an increase in employee relations casework, that the current HR Advisors are not able to deal with alongside their day to day duties.

We are looking for candidates who have managed complex, high volume caseloads within a sometimes difficult environment. It is essential that you have managed the disciplinary process through to dismissal and have some experience of employment tribunals.

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and some previous Public Sector experience in order to be able to hit the ground running.
