We are working exclusively with our client a market leading services organisation. As a result of continued business expansion, they are seeking to appoint an individual who can make an immediate impact and work closely with the Divisional HR Manager in providing a robust HR Support service for all employees within the division. This is a field based role, primarily focussing on dealing with ER Matters, but also towards the provision of training and development support. You will be a pivotal first point of contact for business managers in regards to the application of the organisations employment policies ensuring that managers act in accordance with the agreed policies and procedures, good employment practice and in a way that promotes fair a working environment for staff. You will be responsible for a region covering, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and South London, so you will be a self organised and resourceful individual, happy to work remotely as well as part of a team and have a full driving licence.
