My client is a global professional services firm with an excellent reputation in its field. Their HR team is now looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their centre of excellent and be a key part of building a successful Employee Relations advisory, policy & process service to the business.
Your responsibilities will include responding to complex queries and managing all aspects of issues across the employee lifecycle such as disciplinaries, performance management processes, redundancies, TUPE and will support the HR managers with ER projects within their client areas. You will be a champion on all ER knowledge and policy development, understanding changes in legislation and implementing them within the firm. You will liaise with external bodies, work to improve all policies, staying up to date in market trends. You will also develop process improvements for all aspects of the employee relations team, monitoring efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
To be considered for this position you must be an employee relations expert with past proven experience within a professional services environment. You will have comprehensive knowledge of ER procedures and processes such as employment tribunals, disability, diversity & equal opportunities processes and a proven experience as a tribunal representative.
You will be confident, highly professional and have strong influencing, communication and team working skills. Experience of people management would be an advantage.
