My client, a leading multinational business based in Hampshire is looking to recruit an Employee Relations specialist for at least 4 months. The focus of the role is in designing HR Guidelines for new managers, managing internal international transfers and delivering solutions to complex employee relations issues, for example long term sickness, absence management and grievances. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent people skills and a strong understanding of employment law. You will also have the ability to interact proactively with senior managers and directors within the business, demonstrate previous knowledge of managing and running project work and have a sound knowledge of employment law. The start date for this role is within 2 weeks so immediate availability is key.
