Employee relations specialist wanted for this global organisation. You'll be working with the HR Business Partners, in your capacity as the ER Expert - they'll be utilising your knowledge to identify and reduce risk, and effecting your recommendations for smoothly employee functions.
You'll be providing your expertise in strategic business planning, again advising on risk potential and means to reduce it.
You'll be operating across a high profile business division of this blue chip employer, so your ability to communicate at all levels of stakeholder will be key.
Base salary of £60k negotiable is being paid, plus generous bonus and benefits apply.
