Employee Resourcing & HR ManagerLondon £35,000 12 month contract
Our client, a unique not for profit and public funded organisation, is seeking an Employee Resourcing HR Manager to cover a 12 month maternity contract. This role involves the managing of the processes and systems within the HR team for all staff movement. This includes employee life cycles such as recruitment, redundancy, redeployment and leave events such as maternity, sick absence, secondments and sabbaticals.
To ensure the integrity and proper use of their HR/IT systems. These currently include a payroll function for all salaried staff in conjunction with their external provider, an online recruitment system and an HR database.
The main skills and experience they are seeking include:
Experience of managing people
Experience of managing processes and procedures related to HR systems
Knowledge of EU/UK legislation in relation to redundancy, restructures and redeployment
Experience of resourcing
Ability to adapt to new policies and procedures
Ability to manage procedures related to all employee life cycle events
Budget management
