HR ManagerLondon £35,000 12 month contract

Our client, a unique not for profit and public funded organisation, is seeking an HR Manager to cover a 12 month maternity contract. This role involves the managing of the processes and systems within the HR team for all staff movement.
The essential skills and experience they are seeking include:
Knowledge of EU/UK legislation in relation to redundancy, restructures and redeployment
Experience of managing people
Experience of managing processes and procedures related to HR systems
Experience of managing employee resourcing in relation to legal compliance
Ability to adapt to new policies and procedures
Ability to build and achieve constructive working relationships
Knowledge of job evaluation practices
Ability to work flexibly in a busy and demanding environment
Ability to manage procedures related to all employee life cycle events
Budget management
Ability to travel and the willingness to undertake work that requires you to work from home on occasion
