We are looking for an outstanding HR professional to take responsibility for all aspects of our recruitment and employee resourcing. You'll lead a team of five to provide a first class employee resourcing service and to develop and implement Notting Hill's recruitment and retention strategy.

The role demands senior-level HR experience and in depth knowledge of employee resourcing. You'll be CIPD qualified with an excellent understanding of employment law and how it applies in practice. Experience of delivering training and occupational testing would enhance your application but are not essential. More importantly, you'll demonstrate the motivation and skills to help us provide the best HR service in the business.
