The Role:
Our client is looking for an Employee Reward Advisor to join their HR team. As the Employee Reward Advisor you will play an integral role within its dynamic team and provide a first class service.

Main areas of responsibility include:

• Lead on the development of Job descriptions for all jobs within an assigned area
• Undertake and contribute to organisational design, grade structure reviews and related job design with regard to their feasibility, effectiveness and budget implications.
• Participate in the development of the Reward Structure
• Support the development and implementation of reward and recruitment/retention strategies
• Manage the evaluation process for new and changed jobs and provide advice to managers and employees
• Train, advise and monitor the progress of HR staff and evaluation panel members in the application of job evaluation schemes
• Provide professional and technical advice, guidance and support to HR staff and senior managers on pay and grading


Skills Required:
To become the Employee Reward Advisor you will:

• Have experience of managing Job Evaluation Process
• Proven or Substantial experience of managing Pay and Grading Reviews
• Detailed knowledge of Employment Legislation

Remuneration:
Our client is offering an excellent remuneration package, including a negotiable salary up to £32,000.
