The Employee Transformation Practice helps clients solve complex business problems through innovative people change solutions. They work in a unique collaborative way, producing profound results in transforming the HR function and more specialised areas such as workforce transformation, shared services, and employer branding.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work varies from large HR transformation pieces taking two years to specialised assignments lasting three months. When allocating work, they always try to match individual development needs with those of the business. They expect their consultants to work with clients, in teams to:

* Guide clients through the HR transformation journey from design through to implementation.
* Deliver people solutions to business problems as part of a major business transformation, or specialised pieces of work such as implementing a new performance management framework.
* Implement a new HR system such as SAP or Oracle: identifying requirements, tendering and successfully implementing across the business. In these projects you would be working with consultants from our technology services division.
* Develop both thought leadership points of view and new service offerings to differentiate us in the marketplace.

Candidate Profile:

High calibre candidates with proven experience of delivering and leading major consultancy assignments with the following skills:

* Experience working for a leading Consultancy Company - essential.
* Ability to generate NEW BUSINESS opportunities in the region of £2m per annum (as well as sell on work) essential.
* Expertise in one or more of the following areas essential: HR Business Partnering, Shared Services; HR Operating Model; Talent Management; L&D, Organisation Development; Business Process Re-engineering, HR system implementation, Performance Management
* Line experience at some point during career - essential
* Ability to develop and maintain peer relationships with Board / senior management level executives.
* Able to provide intellectual leadership by generating key ideas and conceptual frameworks to help their team to solve problems and drive out insightful fact-based findings and recommendations - either on a client project as part of a sales bid or thought leadership.
* Demonstrate the potential to be a leader in our business (to set the direction and help drive forward their part of the business; to role model our values & behaviours and to coach and develop more junior members of the team).
* Able to work collaboratively, as part of a joint client - consultant team and obtain great results through others, developing team capabilities through formal and informal feedback.
