Our client is looking for high calibre individuals who have a fast track career to date working for a blue chip corporate in an HR environment and have a real desire for the diversity that our client can offer in the Management Consulting industry. Our client is starting to dominate areas of the UK Employee Transformation market because they recognised and developed, before other big consulting players, the value of employing individuals from industry with exposure of HR functions. They are very selective who they consult for and yet still they are turning valuable projects away because growth outstrips the ability to source suitable candidates.

Our client has requirements at all levels, but this advert is designed to find those who may think they need more experience to get into consulting, but don't realise that a graduate program followed with between 1-4 years experience in an HR function is actually exactly what they are looking for.

We are looking for individuals who have a holistic understanding of the HR function through a broader coverage of this area, rather than depth in just one aspect. The Employee Transformation work will focus on a wide range of HR issues both strategic and operational.

These might include recommendations on HR structures and delivery channels, HR shared services, policy and process re-engineering, talent management and HR performance measurement. Our client is particularly interested in candidates with experience across some of the following HR disciplines covering HR Transformation and Workforce Transformation. HR Operating Model, Streamlining HR Processes, Implementing Shared Services, HR Organisational Design, HR Business Partnering, HR System Implementation, People Strategy Development, Designing roles / Recruitment.
