Due to expansion this renowned international law firm are actively seeking a Specialist Employment Solicitor to join their extinguished team. You’re main duties will be to provide advice to clients regarding both contentious and non-contentious areas of employment of employment law. This is a fantastic opportunity to work someone looking to take their next step in employment law within a highly diverse role.

The Role

Your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

Advise clients on contentious and non-contentious issues including:

-Review of employment contracts
-Disciplinary/grievance
-Corporate employment law
-TUPE
-Employee benefits
-Unfair dismissal

The Person

You will be a qualified solicitor who has strong experience of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. A 2:1 degree is essential, as you will be providing advice to some high priority blue chip organisations. Experience of advocacy although not essential would be beneficial. To summarise this is an excellent opportunity to work with some very high profile clients.
