Responsibilities

The role will cover the broad spectrum of ER issues. You will need to Enhance the existing processes and design, develop and implement innovative policies to suit the business needs.

Act as lead specialist in the ER discipline and establish HR best practice.
Provide comprehensive advice to colleagues and business managers.
Design, develop and implement systems, policies and processes, including Terms and conditions, communication and consultation and interpretation and application of employment legislation.
Lead on projects to diagnose business problems and research and recommend solutions to strategic and operational issues.

Person

The successful candidate will ideally be degree educated or equivalent with CIPD. You will have strong ER experience in a Blue chip environment at a senior level. You will have knowledge of current employment legislation and best practice with natural leadership skills. You will be a self-motivated, pragmatic individual who is looking for a challenging career within fast-paced, successful organisation.
