Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, your role will be key in supporting the implementation of good equality and diversity practice throughout the Fire and Rescue Service. You will be an expert adviser assisting in the development of effective action plans and delivering equality, diversity and fairness training. Self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative and customer focused, you will have demonstrable experience of understanding diversity legislation, the practical implications and its application in the workplace. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to work with staff across the organisation.
