Our client, a prominent Public Sector employer in the Buckinghamshire area, is seeking an experienced Diversity Advisor to fulfil a nine month (possibly longer) interim assignment. You will take the lead on all Diversity/Equality issues across the organisation, including but not limited to:
- Reviewing, revising and communicating the Diversity Strategy and Action Plan
- Supporting Diversity Champions at both strategic and operational levels
- Assisting and advising HR representatives on Equality Impact assessments and reasonable adjustments
- Other ad hoc HR and recruitment duties as required This role requires a motivated self-starter who is customer focussed and can manage the challenging workload efficiently. Preferably CIPD qualified, you will need to demonstrate familiarity with all stands of Diversity including legislation, and excellent interpersonal skills in order to work with staff across the organisation.
Experience of working within Diversity in both the Commercial Sector and Public Sector would be advantageous but not essential.
