I am currently working with a large public sector client in the West Yorkshire area who are looking to bring on board an Interim Equality and Diversity Advisor on a full time basis.
The role will require you to work on the Equality and Diversity strategy in terms of the design and implementation working with senior management in order to create ‘buy in’. Along side this you will also look at the policies, procedures and practices within the organisation with a view to redesigning were necessary.
Ideally the client is seeking a candidate who has held a previous role specifically focusing on Equality and Diversity and that you are up to date on the current legislation surrounding this area. Public Sector experience is desirable in order to ‘hit the ground running’.
