The E&D strategy has a challenging work programme that needs to be delivered to ensure that the client is legally compliant on E&D and is working towards a culture that values diversity and is committed to embedding E&D. The strategy forms part of the overall company strategy and its successful delivery is critical to the organisation's performance and success.
The post holder would be expected to contribute to:
* Delivery on the EIA's as per the company's published schedule
* Adequate and effective implementation of the interim complaint and reasonable adjustment protocols as well as investigation of complaints
* Providing support and advice to named directorates to begin the process of embedding E&D
* Provision of training while HRD considers this as part of their work programme for next year
