You will provide the first point of contact for volume ER cases and coaching issues. Ideally, you will have experience of dealing with volume ER, ideally within a retail environment, and the skills to be able to handle queries up to the level of dismissal.
The salary for this role is up to £28,000 + an excellent benefits package.
