The Role

To be responsible for providing accurate ER advice to managers on all aspects of ER policy across a diverse range of business functions, the successful candidate will provide timely and accurate advice in a professional, customer-focused manner. This will require the effective and efficient handling of queries and the delivery of a solution on a range of issues from a basic to complex situations.


The Person

A fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a fast paced, dynamic environment. You’ll be a career-minded, confident HR professional with a minimum of 2 years HR & ER experience, with good employment law knowledge. CIPD qualified or working towards you will be an effective communicator with a customer-orientated approach.
