Our client based in London is looking for an Industrial Relations Consultant to join their busy HR team. You will be responsible for giving advice to senior managers and HR Business Partners on complex ER/IR issues and be able to demonstrate strong influencing skills.
You will need to possess extensive industrial relations experience, strong HR policies and procedures knowledge and experience of working in a large unionised organisation ideally in the financial services, telecoms or manufacturing sector. Ideally CIPD qualified with excellent written communications skills. Project management experience would also be beneficial.
