You will be based in there exciting Head Office in Southampton, providing effective communication lines to employees and managers, on queries relating to policies and all HR procedures. You will be an ambassador for the HR and specifically the ER strategy - involved in performance management, grievances, disciplinaries and the wider issues relating to employee welfare.
You will be passionate about HR and be driven towards delivering excellent performance of the business through HR processes and practices. Ideally you'll have good solid ER experience and a good grounding within a generalist role. You will be able to influence and build rapport easily and gaining but in of managers.
