An ER Advisor is urgently required by a multi-national blue chip organisation for an initial 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Head of ER, the remit of the role is to advise and support managers in the resolution of sensitive and complex employee relations issues.

Key responsibilities include:
• Provide expert advice to managers in the resolution of complex ER issues to positively impact upon tribunals, absence management, disciplinary and grievance management.
• Provide practical advice and guidance on a range of HR issues.
• Ensure that managers understand and apply the company procedures as required e.g. Disciplinary, Capability, Grievance etc.
• Provide consultancy advice on employment legislation and policy related matters for any ad hoc business initiatives e.g. TUPE, restructuring etc.

You will possess in-depth practical experience of ER, ideally gained within a complex, fast-paced environment. You will be considered an expert within fields such as case management, absence and performance management. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and educated to degree standard. It is essential to be able to start the contract by the beginning of December and you must be able to commit to the full term.
