We are currently looking for an experienced ER Manager to provide excellent ER support to the teams aboard the ships. You will manage a team of 3 ER Advisors who will provide front line advice. You will be responsible for the more serious ER cases and managing the relationships between the on board teams and the head office function. A strong leader is needed in this role; someone who can influence others and earn respect from the team.
