About the Role:

You will be required to provide accurate and practical advise, information and guidance on a range of HR issues, including employment legislation and policy related issues
You will actively advise and support managers and individuals in the resolution of sensitive and more complex employee relations issues
You will provide consultancy advice on employment legislation and policy related matters to HR and support where appropriate any ad hoc business issues.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced ER Specialist who is CIPD qualified.

You will have at least 3 years experience within HR and will have a track record of working in an employee relations field
