Major engineering business requires a Reward Consultant to join their busy HR team. You will assist the Reward Manager with all areas of pay and benefits including job evaluation, benchmarking, salary reviews, benefits review, dealing with pension queries and involvement in any general HR projects as part of the broader HR team.
You will ideally posses some experience of working within a specialist reward role or at least have it as a significant part of your generalist role. A high level of analytical and numeracy skill will be required as are excellent verbal and written communication skills.
