European HR knowledge - commercially focussed approach to HR - greenfield site for establishing an HR function aligned to the business - German speaking.
This on-line company is committed to establishing an HR function to support their business growth and planning. You will have experience of creating HR functions from scratch and be comfortable dealing with operational HR issues as well as influencing and challenging the CEO on business strategy. You will have worked across European countries and possibly have had exposure to Asia and US HR environments. Particular knowledge of HR in Germany would be advantageous along with fluent German speaking.
