One of the world's leading Reward Consultancies based in the city is looking to recruit a new Consultant to their team specialising in Executive Compensation. A legal background, preferably in share-scheme design, is desired for this client-facing role designing and maintaining competitive performance-linked pay schemes for a number of the organisation's clients. The role is a highly varied position dealing with issues such as, but not limited to: M&A due diligence; analysing shareholder guidelines; auditing pay programmes; designing LTIPS; market benchmarking; and sharing technical expertise with the rest of the team.
