We are looking for an Executive Director of Organisational Development, who is dynamic, persuasive and energetic. You will be an expert in the fields of organisational development, culture change, human resources and learning and development. You will work with managers from across GHA to develop and implement a holistic people strategy, ensuring that our workforce profile is aligned against the needs of our business. You will work to ensure that we have a culture of continuous improvement focused on excellent customer service and value for money in everything we do.
You will have energy, drive and commitment to fulfil the vision and objectives of the organisation and be able to exercise effective judgement within constrained timescales and competing priorities.
You will be an experienced professional with a strong track record of reporting at board level. You with have vision, flair and an outstanding ability to develop and maintain relationships across a whole range of stakeholders - from front-line employees and trade unions, through to politicians and senior officers from partner organisations.
