This post is about radical thinking, shaping culture, driving change and influencing performance.

With your sound strategic background, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the Force’s People Strategy and performance framework.

An exceptional leader, with knowledge of a wide range of people and development disciplines including business planning and processes, you will help to shape the People and Development Branch and ensure a first class service to support front line policing.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record, gained in a comparable organisation, of working at a senior level developing strategy and influencing performance as well as sound leadership and people skills.
