With a clearly defined portfolio, you will develop strong relationships and enjoy both the financial and personal rewards of developing a great partnering relationship with these organisations. You will work within a vibrant, successful and supportive team, yet be given the freedom to develop your own desk. Assignments managed will be either in the interim or permanent professional HR market and you will advise clients regarding the best recruitment solutions.
Credible and with a hunger and desire to enjoy success within the recruitment consulting sector, you are possibly an HR practitioner with the attributes to move into recruitment sales. Alternatively, you are already a recruitment individual working in another consultancy and seeking the move to a niche brand leader.
