Due to on-going growth and continuing business wins, my Wirral based client is currently recruiting a HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to join their existing HR Advisory team and act as a frontline support advisor to clients who include FTSE 100 organisations and a number of SME's. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work in collaboration with the internal HR function of well known customers in order to provide a cost effective HR service to internal managers.
The role is exciting and diverse, encompassing a broad remit of responsibility ranging from onsite client training and policy design and development to supporting the recruitment process. It will also involve providing tailored solutions to clients, such as audits to ensure legal compliance and consultancy services. As a result, an up to date knowledge of Employment Law is crucial.
Due to the nature of the role, the ability to manage your time effectively and maintain and promote a productive and supportive relationship with all colleagues is essential. The successful candidate will be a proven HR Advisor, with at least 3 years experience at Officer / Advisor level and hold, or be working towards the CIPD Qualification.
In return, my client is offering a salary of up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
